Pranava Yoga
The Balinese-family-run Pranava Yoga studio is located in the heart of Canggu, surrounded by palm trees and rice fields. It stands for a personal atmosphere, community spirit and the intensive, individual support in inspiring surroundings.
4 Weeks
The 4-week course combines the traditional practices of Asana, Meditation and Pranayama with Yoga-philosophy, anatomy, various practical exercises, time for self-study, teaching methodology and basics for the appropriate teaching practice.
Certificate
Upon completion of the course, participants will receive the Yoga Alliance RYT 200 qualification, the international standard for Yoga Teaching. With this certificate, graduates can register as a Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance.
200 Hour
Yoga Teacher Training
Get a deep understanding of yoga, postures and flows with the 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training at Pranava Yoga in Bali. You will learn how to simultaneously harmonize body, breath and movements, and at the same build self-confidence and develop your own brand. Immerse yourself in the daily practice of Asanas, Pranayamas, Yoga Nidra and Meditation and learn different techniques with different practical approaches. In addition to the terminology, you will also learn proven processes and sequences and create your own flows. With this certified course, you get all the basics to be able to serve as a Yoga teacher and establish your own Yoga business. Of course, the program is also suitable for anyone who wishes to deepen their Yoga practice, discover themselves and spend an unforgettable, intense time on “the Island of the Gods“.

The Matra Co-Living & Co-Working is the new member of the Matra Bali family. It is located in Berawa, in the centre of Canggu, surrounded by hip restaurants and cafes. The Pranava studio is just a few minutes walk away. There are 22 rooms (Deluxe & Twin Room), a co-working space, a rooftop cafe, a mini gym and a large pool.

Matra Surf Camp
Matra Surf Camp is located on a quiet street in Berawa, Canggu. By scooter it is about 5-10 minutes from studio Pranava. It has a communal kitchen, community space, a pool and a great view of the rice fields. The rooms are equipped with a king-size bed, a bathroom, air conditioning, a small fridge, TV, safe box and WiFi.

Matra Guest House
The Matra guest house is directly connected to studio Pranava – so you can fall straight out of bed onto the Yoga mat 😉 The spacious deluxe rooms have queen-size beds, air conditioning, a small refrigerator, flat screen TV, WiFi and a private en-suite bathroom. There is a communal kitchen and a small garden. Breakfast can be booked on request.

Lead Teacher
Putu Dwijendra
Putu is a devoted yoga instructor who has been on the path of self-exploration through Yoga for over 13 years. He lives in Bali “The Island of the Gods“ and offers ongoing trainings at Pranava Yoga and other Yoga studios. After completing his international certification of Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Ashram in Nevyar Dham Kerala southern India, he continued to deepen his Yoga Practice and, since 2017, has been giving the Yoga Alliance accredited 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training twice a year. As a member of the Yoga Alliance, Putu also established the Udana Yoga school in Southern Bali. In addition to classical Yoga practice, he has experience in various other styles such as Hatha, Vinyasa, Aerial Yoga, Jivamukti, Dharma-Mittra Yoga, Anusara, Yin Yoga as well as Thai-Yoga-massage, energy Kundalini-Yoga and Meditation.
Putu regards Yoga as a therapy and healing for the body, heart and mind.
